Freshness, delivery and ordering basics in one place.
Updated to match the current menu and the way orders are placed on the site.
Which areas do you cover?
We deliver across Thailand, including Phuket, Bangkok, Pattaya, Chon Buri, Chiang Mai, Hua Hin, Samui and other supported cities and islands.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, cash on delivery is available where the selected route and carrier support it. We confirm that option before dispatch.
Which delivery services do you use?
We do not lock orders into one carrier. Routes are assigned through the most suitable postal or courier option for the area, timing and payment method.
What should I include in the delivery details?
Share your phone number, district or province, condo, hotel or home address details and any notes that help the courier find you quickly.
Can I check availability before placing the order?
Yes. Message us first if you want to confirm stock, timing for your Thailand destination or the best product fit before checkout.
How fast is Bangkok delivery?
Bangkok delivery is normally estimated at 2–3 days after dispatch. The exact timing is confirmed from the district, order window and active courier option before the route is accepted.
How fast is Phuket delivery?
Phuket delivery is coordinated within one hour across the island. The exact arrival window is confirmed from the area, address details, stock and active route.
Do product pages show real amount options?
Yes. Flower pages show supported gram options up to 20g, and pre-roll pages show the available joint formats such as 0.5g and 1g.
Does the menu change often?
Yes. We rotate fresh batches regularly, so the catalog stays active instead of leaving older stock in place for too long.
